How does this work?
We are a Direct Primary Care (DPC) Telemedicine-Only Model
A Direct Primary Care (DPC) telemedicine-only model is a subscription-based healthcare approach where patients pay a flat monthly fee for virtual access to a provider via video, phone, text, or email, completely bypassing insurance for non-emergent primary care services.
This model emphasizes convenience, lower costs, and rapid access to care from anywhere.
As long as you are physically present within any of the states listed below, you will have direct access for healthcare.
You can choose which plan fits you best.

Option 1:
WEIGHT MANAGEMENT
This is, by far, our MOST POPULAR plan!
Our weight loss service offers evidence-based personalized support to effectively guide you towards achieving your weight loss goals.
You will have direct face-to-face telemedicine visits with a PHYSICIAN.
We see adult and pediatric patients (12 years and older).
Verify that you meet the criteria noted below.
If appropriate, you will be provided with a weight loss prescription, including GLP-1s and more.
You will have the opportunity to purchase either name brand GLP-1s, such as Wegovy, Zepbound, Foundayo, or have the option to purchase compounded GLP-1s directly from one of our partner pharmacies.
Option 2:
PRIMARY CARE AND SPECIALTY CONSULTATIONS
We specialize in Primary Care, Family Medicine (Pediatric and Adult), Chronic Disease Management, Preventive Healthcare, and Sports Medicine.
All of your non-emergent telemedicine healthcare needs can be addressed on our platform.
We offer evidence-based comprehensive personalized medical care, lab orders, imaging orders, prescription management, and direct access to a physician.
Not satisfied with your current healthcare? We are here to offer additional care, second opinions, etc, to ensure personalized care directed towards you.
Option 3:
COMBINATION: Weight Management + Primary Care and Specialty Consultations:
A combination of the above healthcare plans.

We offer direct PHYSICIAN telemedicine visits, lab orders, imaging orders, prescription management, and more!
All visits are completed on our telemedicine platform. There are no in-person visits.
As long as you are physically present in any of the below states, we have you covered!

You can use your health insurance or HSA for labs, imaging, and prescriptions if needed

$200 per month
Membership Includes:
Up to 12 visits per year
Direct telemedicine access to your physician for weight management + primary care and/or chronic medical care needs
Labs, imaging, and prescription orders
Additional Cost:
Weight Loss Medication (as noted in Option 1)
You can use your health insurance or HSA for labs, imaging, and prescriptions if needed

Pediatrics (12-17 years old):
Does your BMI fall within the following categories?
BMI of 27-29 WITH either high blood pressure, high cholesterol, history of heart attack or stroke, chronic kidney disease, COPD
BMI of 30 or above
OR if you have previously been on a GLP1
(Pediatrics: BMI at or above the 95th % for weight)
Verify that you do not have a “contraindication”, or a reason to NOT take the medication.
These may include the following:
Family or self history of thyroid cancer, specifically MEN2; allergy to GLP1, pregnant or breastfeeding, pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, severe GI issues, active cancer/chemotherapy, risk of hypoglycemia (see below for full list)
If you do meet the above criteria, then you ARE a great candidate for our Weight Management program.

Schedule your appointment
Once you meet with your physician, you can discuss which GLP-1 fits you best.
Your physician will then send your prescription to our partner pharmacy.
Your prescription can either be picked up or mailed directly to your door.

Cautions with GLP-1s
Before proceeding with our Weight Management Program, please verify that you do not have any of the following.
Absolute Contraindications (Avoid Use):
Thyroid Cancer History: Personal or family history of Medullary Thyroid Carcinoma (MTC) or MEN2.
Hypersensitivity: Severe allergic reactions to GLP-1s.
Pregnancy/Breastfeeding: Not recommended due to safety concerns.
Strong Contraindications (Use with Extreme Caution):
Pancreatitis: History of acute or chronic pancreatitis.
Gastroparesis: Delayed stomach emptying.
Severe GI Issues: Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)
Cautions & Precautions (Use with Care, Monitor Closely):
Diabetic Retinopathy: Rapid blood sugar improvement can worsen existing eye damage.
Gallbladder Disease: Higher risk for gallstones/inflammation.
Kidney Issues: Especially with exenatide in severe cases.
Hypoglycemia Risk: Increased risk when combined with insulin, sulfonylureas, etc.
Why are we different than most “online telemedicine companies”?
You will see a board-certified PHYSICIAN. You have DIRECT access to your physician!
All visits are video visits. These visits allow you to see your doctor face-to-face, helping you feel truly connected, heard, and cared for appropriately. You are a person, not just a patient number to us!
Are you traveling, or have a kid in college? Typically your PCP may not offer services outside of their state. We are here for you. If you are looking for medical care, and are within one of the states listed above, we have you covered!
We do NOT profit from your prescriptions. You will have direct access and transparency to all costs.
We are walking this journey with you and will be with you every step of the way. You can message your physician directly.
You have the option to pay for your medications/labs/imaging directly through our partner pharmacies or labs. You may have the option to use your insurance or HSA for those services if you wish, but they are not billed directly through us. Again, we do not profit from your orders.
If you are requesting a compounded weight loss medication, you will work directly with our partner pharmacies for their lowest prices available. These costs are shared with you.

As long as you are physically present in any of the following states, you are eligible for our services.
*South Carolina residents may require an alternate compounding pharmacy. Therefore, we recommend inquiring about medication prices prior to subscription.
