WEIGHT MANAGEMENT
Our weight loss service offers evidence-based personalized support to effectively guide you towards achieving your weight loss goals.
Direct face-to-face telemedicine visits with a PHYSICIAN.
We provide prescriptions for GLP-1s and more.
We see adult and pediatric patients (12 years and older).
You will have the opportunity to purchase either name brand GLP-1s, such as Wegovy or Zepbound, or have the option to purchase compounded GLP-1s directly from one of our partner pharmacies.
CHRONIC CARE CONSULTATIONS
If you have a PCP, you are welcome to use our dual-boarded physicians as a consultant for all of your chronic care/preventive care telemedicine needs.
If you do not have a PCP, you are welcome to use our medical physicians for your telemedicine needs.
We also specialize in Sports Medicine!
Our evidence-based preventive care offers personalized support through expert consultations and customized plans to effectively guide you towards achieving your healthcare goals.
We offer direct PHYSICIAN ONLY telemedicine visits, lab orders, imaging orders, and prescription management.
All visits are completed on our telemedicine platform. There are no in-person visits.

You will work directly with our partner pharmacies for competitive prices (provided to you prior to subscription)
Medications may include:
Injectable Wegovy or Zepbound
Oral Wegovy
Injectable compound semaglutide or tirzepatide
or others waiting final FDA approval

Preventive and Chronic Care Consultation Plan
$150 per month
Membership Includes:
Up to 12 visits per year
Direct telemedicine access to your physician to manage your preventive and chronic medical care needs
Lab, imaging, and prescription orders
Additional Cost:
You can use your health insurance or HSA for labs, imaging, and prescriptions if needed

$200 per month
Membership Includes:
Up to 12 visits per year
Direct telemedicine access to your physician for weight management + preventive and chronic medical care needs
Labs, imaging, and prescription orders
Additional Cost:
Weight Loss Medication (as noted in Option 1)
You can use your health insurance or HSA for labs, imaging, and prescriptions if needed

Adults:
Pediatrics (12-17 years old):
Does your BMI fall within the following categories?
BMI of 27-29 WITH either high blood pressure, high cholesterol, history of heart attack or stroke, chronic kidney disease, COPD
BMI of 30 or above
OR if you have previously been on a GLP1
(Pediatrics: BMI at or above the 95th % for weight)
Verify that you do not have a “contraindication”, or a reason to NOT take the medication.
These may include the following:
Family or self history of thyroid cancer, specifically MEN2; allergy to GLP1, pregnant or breastfeeding, pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, severe GI issues, active cancer/chemotherapy, risk of hypoglycemia (see below for full list)
If you do meet the above criteria, then you ARE a great candidate for our Weight Management program.

Membership fee is $50 per month PLUS the cost of medication.
Schedule your appointment
Once you meet with your physician, you can discuss which GLP-1 fits you best.
Your physician will then send your prescription to our partner pharmacy.
Your prescription can either be picked up or mailed directly to your door.
Costs for medications per month begin around $90.

*If we find a compounding pharmacy in your state with lower prices, we will send your prescription to that pharmacy upon your approval.
*With certain pharmacies, you may be requested to pay a shipping fee along with a nominal fee for injection supplies. This can be around $25-45 per shipment. This is NOT required by all of our pharmacies.
Cautions with GLP-1s
Before proceeding with our Weight Management Program, please verify that you do not have any of the following.
Absolute Contraindications (Avoid Use):
Thyroid Cancer History: Personal or family history of Medullary Thyroid Carcinoma (MTC) or MEN2.
Hypersensitivity: Severe allergic reactions to GLP-1s.
Pregnancy/Breastfeeding: Not recommended due to safety concerns.
Strong Contraindications (Use with Extreme Caution):
Pancreatitis: History of acute or chronic pancreatitis.
Gastroparesis: Delayed stomach emptying.
Severe GI Issues: Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)
Cautions & Precautions (Use with Care, Monitor Closely):
Diabetic Retinopathy: Rapid blood sugar improvement can worsen existing eye damage.
Gallbladder Disease: Higher risk for gallstones/inflammation.
Kidney Issues: Especially with exenatide in severe cases.
Hypoglycemia Risk: Increased risk when combined with insulin, sulfonylureas, etc.
Why are we different than most “online telemedicine companies”?
You will see a board-certified PHYSICIAN.
All visits are video visits. These visits allow you to see your doctor face-to-face, helping you feel truly connected, heard, and cared for appropriately. You are a person, not just a patient number to us!
We do NOT profit from your prescriptions. You will have direct access and transparency to all costs.
We are walking this journey with you and will be with you every step of the way. You can message your physician directly.
You have the option to pay for your medications/labs/imaging directly through our partner pharmacies or labs. You may have the option to use your insurance or HSA for those services if you wish, but they are not billed directly through us. Again, we do not profit from your orders.
If you are requesting a compounded weight loss medication, you will work directly with our partner pharmacies for their lowest prices available. These costs are shared with you.
